Oreo Balls
1 package of oreos (The Mint filled ones are great around Christmas)
1 8oz. Package of cream cheese (room temp.)
1-2 packages of chocolate almond bark/baking chocolate
1 package of red &/or green baking chocolate (Optional)
To start: Place oreos in a zip lock bag and smash to small pieces. In a large bowl, mix smashed oreos with the cream cheese until all of the oreos are covered. With your hands (and it gets messy), roll spoonfuls of mixture into small balls. Melt chocolate in the microwave. Dip balls into chocolate until completely covered. Set on foil or wax paper until chocolate hardens. For festive colors, melt red/green chocolate and drizzle over the oreo balls. Place in fridge for a cool, sweet treat!! Enjoy!!
