Razzle-Dazzle Coconut Bars
You will dazzle your friends with these raspberry delights!
Prep time 20 minutes
Bake time 20 minutes + chilling
Yield 3 dozen.
Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup butter, melted
2 & 2/3 cups flaked coconut
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted
2 squares chocolate bark, melted
2 squares almond bark, melted
In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with coconut; drizzle with milk. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely on a wire rack.
Spread preserves over the crust. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. In a microwave bowl, melt chocolate bark, stir until smooth. Drizzle over chopped pecans. Repeat with almond bark.
Cut into bars, refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chocolate is set.
