Cookie Dough Truffles
½ cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
Cream together until light and fluffy
Add
1tsp. vanilla
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Mix until blended well.
Add 2 cups flour gradually –
Stir in 2 cups mini chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Roll into balls and chill for 1 hour
Dip each ball into melted chocolate and place on wax paper to set.
Serve! I got rave reviews from my grandchildren. SO EASY – No worry about the egg issues and they get their cookie dough fix!
