O'Hare Transfer and Hotel Option:
If you would like to take advantage of an optional Transfer and Hotel stay at the Four Points Sheraton at
O'Hare for the night of February 7th, the stay is available at a rate of $159.00 per person based on double
occupancy. This package includes round-trip transfers from Peoria (approximate departure time of 5:00 pm),
pre-night hotel stay at the Four Points Sheraton and transfers to the airport on the morning of February 8th.

Deposit of $300.00 per person is required at time of making your reservation. Final payment is due on or before
Friday, November 28, 2008. A cancellation fee of $300.00 per person will be assessed for reservations canceled before November 28, 2008. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total trip cost will be assessed for reservations canceled between November 29, 2008 and January 7, 2009. Cancellations made after January 7, 2009 will result in complete forfeiture of monies paid.

cancellation for covered medical reasons, and other benefits include Bankruptcy/Default, Trip Delay, Accident
